Issue with viewing position [Dec 23,2022]

On 22nd December, 2022, due to a technical issue, few clients' positions tab had shown Adani in the morning until around 9.41am even though they had not traded in it. This was taken up with our vendor and it was subsequently rectified. A message about rectification of the issue was flashed at 9.56am to update on the action taken.

Sequence of event and Actions taken

Issue reported at 9.20am, only in mobile
Issue reported to be in web too at 9.23am
Exact issue was being noted based on clients' calls
Received update at 9.35am that the issue will be rectified in 5 mins
Received update that issue was rectified at 9.41am (while clients were still on calls reporting issue)
After confirmation of the resolution, the following message was flashed at 9.56am
'The issue reported in positions is now rectified. If you still have issue kindly refresh your screen. Thank you'

During such time, as technical issues occur due to factors which are not in our control, we suggest our clients to use our alternate tool, Live Trade/ Live position to cross verify your trades/ position.
